How to resolve issue with amazon sellers

Hello...actually I had ordered a product from Amazon....the product was out for delivery at 19th of may..but due to their technical issues they hadn't delivered it...from there on wards...I had contacted them every day enquiring about my product ..but...they failed to deliver it...and....23rd was the last estimated date...still I haven't received the product ... And as per their excuse...they asked me for a extra day ...and they can't able to deliver at 24th may also....and...the product was automatically cancelled without any involvent of mine...so..how can I proceed further??

Hi,

May be your order is cancelled as the product you ordered might have lost in transit. Did you escalate the issue to the appropriate department? If you have prepaid for the order and holding talks with the concerned department didn't yield results then send a legal notice to the department and ask for full refund of the product. If they fail to refund, file a consumer complaint against them. If your order is a COD one, no need to panic. Wait for the seller list the product for sale again and then buy it.

you can file a complaint before the consumer forum for deficiency of service against amazon by mentioning about the order that you have place to them. because of the defeciency of service by amazon you lost your product a.nd at the same time you were put to dissatisfaction and mental agony
