How to recover money from aviation website

My package date was 23rd of feb(4n5d Andaman and 1n Chennai).But communal riots/violence starts in my city-Hansi(Hissar-Haryana) from 18th of Feb due to jaat reservation.I have called your representative for cancellation of my package & reimbursement of my full payment(i.e-Rs.72000(1st installment-22000,2nd installment-50000).From last 5 days,i am continuously chasing your team for my reimbursement but still they are not providing me any satisfactory response.In my city curfew is still there.8-10 people are killed due to communal violence.20-30 shops are burnt due to same reason.Military was taking position just in front of my home till last night.From last 1 year,case is going on at consumer court Gurgaon.Now Honourable Judge Sahab have asked to show the law which stated that if there is any communal violence,& you have purchase a tour package,& if you don't go due to communal violence,then your whole package amount will be reimbursed to you.Please suggest sir.
