How to proceed against bank for debiting money wrongly

I ravi gupta its my pleasure to talk to you sir i am account holder of idbi bank ltd. On 4th jan 2017 when i was transferring rs 2000 in my father account who is account holder in corporarion bank the amount transfer via paytm wallet but amount was neither credit in my father account and nor refund in my account afterwards i further take some steps and put a query on gmail to paytm then he says your amount was credit you will vontact to your bank when i was go my home branch the bank says you will take some time for this 21 days and i wait but till today my money was not credit in my account sir you suggest what i will do please sir

take all the processing details from the paytm and file a written complaint to the bank and take receipt of your complaint. if the problem is same as earlier you approach to the banking ombudsmen in your jurisdiction area

file an RTI to IDBI bank of concerned officer and you also be more careful while transferring such money to any account and there it may take some time but continue to be in contact with IDBI bank if bank did not respond to you than you can approached to consumer forum for the matter cited above.

Lodge a written complaint to the relevant officers, in this case the branch manager of the bank and also send a CC to the Paytm officials. Request them to resolve the issue on priority. Do this for now.
