How to get replacement of faulty product under warranty period

the chest freezer I have bought a year ago is not working properly and already i have called the company for the required repair work. though they do have made the required connection but the same problem has crept in again and the warranty period is about to expire, so i want a fresh replacement of the entire product. I want to know know if I can ask them for the replacement or not?

As per your query you are wanting that your freezer should be replaced before the warranty period so for this make sure that you product is under a guarantee word or a warranty and how much old is your product

If the chest freezer which you bought a year ago is not working properly and inspire of your repeated complaint and repaired carried out by the company the product is not working properly you can file a Consumer complaint before the Consumer Court to get replaced the faulty product or refund of the cost of the faulty product.

You will have to send them a legal notice before the warranty period expires. They should most likely replace it after that. If they dont, you will have to file a consumer complaint for defective product.
