how to get relief Hotel accommodation not provided after confirmation

I HAVE BOOKED HOTEL THROUGH "CLEARTRIP SERVICES" IN PANCHAGANI SATARA. I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION VOUCHER AND PAYMENT RECEIPT FROM CLEARTRIP. I HAD DONE MY BOOKING PRIOR A DAY AND DUE TO LONG WEEKEND (OF 15TH AUGUST) FINDING A VACANT HOTEL WAS VERY DIFFICULT. SOMEHOW ITS CAME IN MY MIND LET ME JUST CONFIRM WITH HOTELIER FOR MY BOOKING HE SAID NO THERE IS NO BOOKING IS DONE ON MY NAME. I GOT SHOCK. I WANT TO MAKE THEM PAY FOR MY THIS SITUATION.

you have got confirmation voucher and payment receipt from CLEARTRIP, therefore you are a consumer. you can file a consumer complaint before consumer forum for deficiency in services against CLEARTRIP. Please send notice with your grievances to the CLEARTRIP before filing complaint.

It will depend whether you have actually travelled to Panchgani or not. If you went there and did not get the reservation as promised you can file a complainant against them before consumer forum. For recovery of your money and compensation.
