How to get refund if I signed agreement with non refundable clause

22-Mar-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
On 20.03.2017 I have bought a holiday plan from Country Vacations for 05 years through my credit card on EMI. They have signed an agreement which states that the deposit is not refundable. Now I wish not to continue with the agreement and want my money back as the value / trip is quite expensive . How can it be resolved ? Please advise.

Without going through the agreement its not possible to suggest you anything. Although in genral way the forfeiture of your deposit money as a whole is little against natural justice at best they can forfeit a percentage of it depending upon the services they were providing and expenses incurred for the bookings in your name.
Still the best suggestion will definitely depend upon after going through the agreement entered in between you people.

yes , you can stop because the agreement is not tanable under the law as in west bengal chit fund is restricted or prohibited ,so naturally you can withdraw at any point of time if you wish to stop that agreement . if they are not allow then you can lodge complaint before any J.M. court within your jurisdiction against them if Police refused to take any action .
