How to get refund for shoes

I purchased a pair of shoes then after one month I clean it then one of the shoe's print totally fade off. I went to the shopkeeper for exchange of shoes, he agreed to exchange byt after one week or he is asking me to buy a another pair but did like to buy any other. So after one week I went to the shopkeeper he exchanged the shoes as he said but when I opened the box at my home the one of the shoe again have defect in them like too much colour on front side. Then I again went to his shop. This time I dont want to exchange bcause am tired to go again and again on his shop. I asked him for refund and he is denying to refund my money and asking me to exchange the shoes again with different one which I dont like. So I want to know that am I able to file a complaint against that shopkeeper in consumer court. Please go through my details as soon as possible and suggest me something

Dear friend, you have right tio file a complaint against shopkeeper if you have bill and he gave assurance to you that after the cleaning of your shoes there will be no defect. My advise to you that Before filling your complaint you should send a legal notice to him as a intimetion that you are going to file a complaint against him if he not changed your shoes as your wish or he refund your money. After getting your notice he would changed your shoes. This action help to save your money and time for reslove your problem.
