Hi,

I will like it to know more detailed facts about the admission, fees process and also the medical reports. It is important to understand the matter as to why they didn't allow you to join college again when one of the members agreed. Please make sure you have all the records like fees paid receipt, your health report and conversations record with the college staff. Please meet in my office for a discussion. We have to send a legal notice demanding your fees and compensation Thanks for writing.

First of all go through the college's guide lines or if it is mentioned in the brochure which you will receive during admission. If you get any favorable terms and condition regarding admission fee and its consideration with the lapse of time due to non joining then again your intention to join etc: then of course you can take a legal action before that issue a legal notice to the concerned person.

If you are having reciepts , bills, proof of payment of fee and copies of all correspondence you did with the Academy, including the written assurance you you can claim the amount back from them.

Sir,

Please send a formal notice informing them to refund the fee saying that you have not attended the institution in that notice also request them to refund the fee within 7 days of receipt of this notice.

If they failed to comply your request please contact any advocate and issue notice. The amount is recoverable. But they deduct some lumsum.
