How to file case against university for unfair practices

i m a medical student paying several lakhs as fees to the institution. Institute doesnt provide me Duty room( Though Ive to be there for 36 hrs continuously) No seperate washroom No drinking water facilities No Drinking water or place to rest inside Operation theatre , even though I ve to stay for whole day inside OT . No adequate patients to learn also. They also have a weird rule that I'm not allowed to Library because i dont stay in the hostel. I want to file a case and demand compensation . This fight is for a cause and whatever evidence is needed will be given .
Before taking any step, do think what will you get out of it. (Friendly advice-focus on studies)
You always have right to claim justice, if some wrong is caused due to negligence of University. Kindly take out all the related documents, send one legal notice to University with necessary averments; Hopefully they will reply. If they dont, you can move to court of law (Consumer Court) for damages.

Please file a case against the institution for not providing better service at collage and the hostel. The "Service" may apply to the collage management. Once you pay the fee, it the duty of the management to provide all the felicity. You can contact us or contact any advocate for legal assistance.
Apart from that you cant take the felicity of the hotel library. If you are staying at hostel you can get the benefit of the same.
