How to file a consumer complaint

I hv bought a water purifier from Aquaguard dealer ,and the company given 1year warranty...but now purifier not working ,and I hv made complain regarding this 10 days earlier but no one has come to repair my purifier,,company always telling next day .....can I take some legal action against the company

This is a clear case of deficiency in service and therefore as a consumer you can file case against both Vodafone and store executive. You can also ask for compensation for mental harassment caused to you due to acts of the store executive and company. This will be in addition to the relief sought by you.

You can lodge an online complaint in the customer care cell of the company. In alternative, issue them a legal notice. If still your grievances are not redressed, file a consumer case in consumer court.

First of all you have to send a notice to company and dealer of company and after expiry of 15th days from the date of receiving of said notices by the company and dealer of such product you may file complaint petition before Consumer forum by enclosing bills of said water purifier
