how to file a complaint against a restaurant for giving wrong food

can I file a case against foodpanda and restaurant for false advertisement and wrongfull doing that is serving nov veg in veg dish ? what compensation should I request for ? my family is pure vegetarian. the food was ordered from restaurant stating Pure Veg in it ? the food owner states they have recently changed their menu and food panda didnt change the name, but we have updated the menu. foodpanda claims the food was prepared by restaurant, there is no liability of foodpand in it.
You may file a complaint before the District Consumer Forum for deficiency in service. For more details regarding to file case against the food panda and the restra you can meet me with appropriate receipt of order.
