How to file a case against Builder / Devloper in bangalore

I Mr. Prakash C.H. booked the site through TGS Constructions at TGS Saraswathi Project Kanakapura road. I have already paid 3.6 lakhs through bank cheque in feb/march 2015. till now there is no allotment of site or return of money. recently in news i saw that TGS is a fraud company. so, now i want know how to process to get my money back.

You can file a consumer case against the builder stating the facts of the case and seek for compensation, mental agony for deficiency of services and unfair trade practise. You can also file a police compliant in the jurisdictional police station of the TGS company for cheating and criminal breach of trust.

Immediately you have to send legal notice asking them to return the money paid by you I. 15 days. If they failed to pay file consumer case against him asking them for relief. Pls bring agreement entered with them and other document for study
