How to deal with problem with neighbors

Hello sir, In my area my neighbor sales heavy timber and firewood also he create noise while cutting the firewood. he employs a carpenter while he performs his works heavy dust is spreading throughput the homes, many times I complain in municipality when officer came for investigation they give bribe. Please give complete solution for this to stop them from selling this at house. If in case fire exist total coolony will be on risk.

You can approach the Pollution Control Board and seek Justice for your problem. If your area is totally a residential zone then any commercial activity cannot be run in residential zone. Further, for noise and dust pollution you can raise the issue with the PCB by giving a detailed representation including attaching the evidence of the photographs of such disturbance, preferably if your colony have a registered association then give it on the letter head and seek for justice.
