How to deal with non compliance of order from consumer court

If the consumer court issue the final order and sent to collectors for its execution but collector refuse to execute. What should consumer court do.
The provisions of Consumer Protection Act are self explanatory. DCDRF has to direct the collector to sale the property of the person against whom decree is to be executed. Subsequent action is to be taken by collector.
