How much time does it take to receive a Un-Traceable certificate from Court post the submission of report by Police
It's depends upon the investigation of police and it's nature of crime, in theft cases it usually within 6 months but if you are not satisfy then the investigating officer may proceeds for submission of untraceable report before the court of magistrate

if this question is pertaining to theft then the untraceable report is filed by the police after one month in the court. The report can be obtained from the IO designated for that court or the public prosecutor. You can also obtain it from the local police station having jurisdiction.
