how can i get my money back from a company?

I have paid deposit to a company providing driver services. Company failed to provide service and not returned the deposit even after four months of followup
Firstly, you can serve a legal notice on them demanding refund and compensation. If they do not comply, you can file a consumer case.

Dear Sir/Madam, if you have entered in to agreement for appointment and to have any deposit proofs, you have to issued a legal notice for the same, if the said company failed to do so, you have to file the petition before the civil judge court for recovery of money against them. If you want my legal service I will do it.
