How can i get my certificates back from my college?
15-Dec-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I joined last year in Engineering 2nd year(through ECET) in a private college With in 60 days I drop out from the college due to my health and financial condition and I asked for My certifiactes I paid nearly 40,000 to Managment and now they are asking total 3 years Money to return my certificates As I heard there is a law that No college can withhold student's certificates I need my certificates please help me i requested them and i warned them also but No reply
