How can I get moulds back legally?

i have given my moulds to a moulder who have moulding machine for job work. now he is charging me moulding rate more than the market rate. so i want my moulds back but he is refusing. what can i do legally in this matter. can i get my moulds back legally.
You may send a legal notice to the moulder and if you don't receive any reply from the moulder; you can lodge a consumer complaint before the jurisdictional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum.
