Harassment by packers & movers company what action can we take

We have booked our household goods for transportation from Mumbai to Kolkata through Agarwal d2d packers & movers on 18th Aug’16. We have made payment of Rs 72000/- on 27th Aug’16. They charged us extra 15000/- for 8 days delay in payment. Thereafter we were following continuously with them for delivery of our goods however all the time they given misleading information and did not dispatch my goods to Kolkata. Further after 40 days of taking goods on around 27th Sep’16 finally we have taken goods in Mumbai itself and sent the same to Kolkata through different packers. Thereafter I am asking for refund of my money from them. They said they will only return 32000/- and I agreed for that. They sent me scan copy of cheque of 32000/- dated 25th Oct’16 and promised to deposit the same on 25th Oct’16 however still nothing received and they are just passing time.
