Harassed to pay bill for an unavailed service what can be done

this is a mail sent to Reliance official chennai. i want to file a case on RELIANCE communications for their PSYCOLOGICAL,SOCIAL torture given to me. Thanking you. hello sir , i had used a reliance pro3-wipod modem till the date of migration of pro3 to LTE. all the bills before the migration processes are properly cleared by myself without any late payment. the bill of the month in which migration process happens(AUG 2016) is adjusted to zero(here with i have atached my SEP 2016 Bill in which you can conform my words). after or before the migration process, I NEVER REGISTERED MYSELF WITH LTE services. but a fake bill was generated in my name that I have used LTE services and that has 4G_DATAVOICE CN plan which i can't & never chose. now your collection agents are disturbing me to pay money which i did not supposed to pay.I need your help to get out of this TRAP. please help me. thank you.
