Handset Display Damaged By Service Centre

28-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have submitted my mobile to service centre on 1st July to repair headphone jack. But they broke my display and ask me Rs 5000 for it. My mobile was in good condition during submission day there were no any liquid or physical damage on my phone. However they provide me job sheet on this there is not mentioned any damaged issue. But they refuse to accept it. I have send many times email to company and two times written complain by speed post but they are not responding me. Today is almost 28th days gone and my mobile is in service centre since 1stvJuly. So I want my mobile as it is I submit earlier by solve my all issue including display change and also compansation because I am depressed and spend my time and money since 28 days.

You can send them a legal notice to initiate the process, if they fail to reply back to your legal notice with a positive response then you may file a consumer case against them for deficiency of service seeking compensation from them. but you need to be sure/ have the proof that the screen damaged is by the company.
