Friend forced me to invest in MLM QNET which is a scam

Hi I have been fraud by a friend. For investing 3.5 lakhs to a MLM QNET. Which I was not aware of is an MLM and I lost my money to that. I approached for refund but I was never told that the refund can only be given in 30 days. Qnet is a scam where you fraud people by telling lies specially to people after gaining their trust.
You can initiate criminal action under section 120 and 420 of IPC for conspiracy and fraud. Or you may choose to file a consumer complaint. There are many cases already filed against it and pretty good judgements as well.
