Fraudulent direct marketing promises and duping by QNET

I had purchased a plan from QNET which is a direct marketing company and holiday time share is one of its products. My intentions to not work in the chain supply dirct selling model was very clear and my sole aim was to invest in this as a holiday programme was also made very very clear to the representative. The first instance of trying to book a holiday was a disaster and also inconvenient and eventually i was denied a holiday saying "case closed". I feel cheated and seek legal help to get my refund of approx
