Fraud / wrong information given before issuing Credit card by bank

Dear sir, I had received a call from AXIS Bank sales team regarding credit card ( call recording is with me ), I did not want the card but the sales person said that its a lifetime free card (zero joining and zero annual fee lifetime) but when I received the card , Rs. 250 joining fee & Rs. 250 annual feel was mentioned on the letter. I called on toll free no. but they misguided me, (recorded calls with me ), after 3rd attempt they registered my complaint, no. on 16th january but did not reply till date. can i loge complain in consumer court ?

You have not mentioned what the loss you suffered due to that. Also, be fore proceeding to consumer forum, please contact bank officials in person and get the credit card returned. If you are not getting any help from all the sources, seek legal help.
