Flight missed due to negligence to travel agent what action can i take

I have recently traveled to abroad. I had booked my land package through Antilog Vacations which provides online services from Chandigarh. For returning to India, I had to catch my flight from Thailand for which I had already paid beforehand to them. Unfortunately, I missed my flight as my pickup driver arrived very late. I was in touch with the Antilog for my driver since morning and I have evidences for that. Can I claim for ticket money and compensation in the consumer court? If yes, can I do it in the Surat?

You have right to file a case in for the problem that happened because of negligence of Antilog. You can file a Consumer Court Case against Antilog.
I am assuming that the booking was done from Surat so you can file a case in Surat. But, terms and conditions of Antilog must have a condition which restricts jurisdiction. E.g.- Subject to Chandigarh Jurisdiction. For that purpose, you should consult a local Advocate in consumer court of Surat
