Flat not registered by builder but took advance

Builder had taken advance of rupee 12.5laks before two years.I got possession of flat since 12 months.initially builder taken loan on flat of 31 lacks.but advance money given by me was not deposited in bank.now bank is also pressurising to builder because frequently account become NPA.and builder is still not depositing money in bank that's why Regis tree is not to be done now what should I do.
As per the facts, you should immediately file a FIR for offences of Cheating, Breach of Trust, Misappropriation, etc. in the concerned police station.
