Iam working in a company wherein my job type is to provide support to the customer.today I got a news thta one customer raised an fir aganist me,I remember the customer,I have given the information what the team had mentioned.really got tensed after this,let me know any resolution
When you are acting on behalf of the company then no third party can file a case against you on any activity performed by you on behalf of your company. All the complaint has to be filed on the name of the company.
