Faulty clutch plate provided by the company what can i do

i have purchased a new car for taxi purpose and have experience for 30 years in driving but i m getting problem in clutch plate and have replaced it for 3 time in 88000 km but the company is not replying for this can i file a case on this issue.

yes, you can file a consumer complaint against the company for deficiency of service and providing you faulty clutch plate. To begin with send them a legal notice asking them for a solution and change of the deficit spare part. if the answer is not satisfactory you may file a case.

Dear Querist,
You say the car is new but driven 88000 Km, is it purchased from a used show room, even otherwise try talking to them in the event if the clutch plate is within the warranty period then u have a good case on merits, u can file a consumer case for deficiency of services.
