Facebook blocked account and not refunding money for running ads

As Facebook Block My Ad Account Saying That My Ads Was Reported By Users But How Someone Can Report My Ads While My Ads Is Not Running And They Are Not Refunding My Money Which I Loaded In Account Also After Asking For It. And They Said They Cant Reactivate My Account Once It Blocked But In Community Help I found That They Can Reactivate.And This Is wrong To Disguide.. And According To Consumer Act This Is Wrong To Misguide Consumer Or User. And I Need Compensation.
You are on the right side with legal base. Send them a legal notice with minimum 28 time to reactivate your account and demand compensation too. If they fail file a case of cheating fraud and for compensation in the appropriate court.
