Error on receipt for guarantee customer filed case in the court

we use to sell inverter to our customers, we sold one to one of our customer with which we provided guarantee card and receipt. on receipt we wrote 12 months guarantee and on guarantee card it was mentioned 24 months now customer has filed a case in consumer court what can we do

If the case has already been admitted and the court expects an answer from you regarding the discrepancy of the time period mentioned in both places i.e receipt and guarantee card then as service providers unfortunately there is no option but to explain to court why such a thing occurred at your end .

kindly provide the guarantee card/warranty card, consumer complaint and written statement if filled by you.
if you have not filled any reply to the complaint then you are required to file one for which the above mentioned documents are required to guide you better.

Did the custormer sent you a legal notice for asking you to replace the gurantee card. If not Appear in the court through your counsel and mention that you have not received notice from the customer and as it is a human error , you are ready to give the updated gurantee card.
