EA case judgment penalized how can removing penalty

We are land owner,EA case judgment penalized all seven party's including developer's 3person,we are not attend any case date, so MA case we are completed,judgment going on against ourself, Now my question can we remove penalty's? We are not signed Try party's agreement.Please help this matter,Thanking you,
Your question make no sense what I was able to pick up the details I understand that you were one of the land owner among 4 land owner and a case was filed by petitioner against 7 people which include 4 land owner and 3 developer.why was the case filed? What was the prayer in the petition and what was the order.. OK fine I got it that it was against you but how and why you didn't went on hearing?
