Dear Sir, Please help me with information if any one can keep different mrp for same product if they are into e-commerce business. If not what are the complication if I complaint regarding the same in consumer court.

Yes till now they can keep different price for same product , because mrp is decided by company , on basis of transpiration , states , taxes, vats of state , maintainance of product etc , may be after GST is passed this can be same .
