Delivery of totally defective mobile phone on a kartshopo.com

06-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Delivery of totally defective mobile phone. I have ordered for a Nokia 3G C5-03, mobile phone from Kartshopo.com, online and received the same on the 1st February, 2017, through Courier. Though, it was advertised, in social media, that price of the phone, would be Rs. 1099/- and the shipping charge would be free, an amount of Rs 1249/- had been charged from me, which includes, shipping charge of Rs. 150/-., which I have paid, while taking delivery of the same. After taking delivery of the phone, I found the phone to be totally defective and sent 3 legal notices (mails), to them, but they failed and neglected to take return of the same, till now.

You should filed a criminal case against the deliver party for forged act and you should also filed a petition before consumer court for compensation .In consumer case the consumer forum award a sum of compensation.

Yu need to send the legal notice through an advocate and not by yourself. Still you can file a CASE in consumer court for your recovery. You really need to give your case to an advocate who is of more tech savy, and most probably he will help you out.
