Delaying possession of my property what can be done
12-Jan-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
My flat is in ready position now. But still I am not able to get the possession of it. I paid 33% of the flat agreement value by the cheque payments & rest 67% by the bank loan from Devan Housing Finance Corporation which is already approved and the cheque is also ready for 67% of the value of the flat. They ( Devan Housing ) are asking the clearance certificate call release letter from Central Bank of India from where DHIL have taken loan over the property. We are following with HDIL for almost 1 year now to get the so call clearance certificate or release letter from Central Bank of India and they DHIL keep promising that this will be done in few weeks and just wait. I am fed up with this and I am not able to get the possession of my flat. All other formalities and payment regarding tax and vat etc, is already cleared from my side and nothing is pending towards the builders. I am working Riyadh - Saudi Arabia and now I cannot follow them on day to day basis. please advise....

If u r builder avoiding doing so, u can issue legal notice through Advocate. And thereafter file complaint before Consumer court
