Delay in repairing of mobile device by company service centre

Within few months of purchase my mobile software get corrupted and i had to give it to service center for repair. But it has been almost a month since it is in service center and they failed to repair it within 15 days as per commitment by their customer care executives. Every time now they say that i should wait for 5 days more. What should i do in this case.

Make a written complaint mentioning the facts and get it received from the service center.
Ask them to give a written reply for your complaint, WAIT FOR THEIR REVERT.
I hope they will act swiftly to give back your mobile rather then giving reply to your complaint.
IF U DON'T GET A PROPER REPLY , file a complaint in the concerned consumer forum having in your jurisdiction asking for relief and compensation.
