Delay in repair due to Parts import delay can i file case in court

My kawasaki bike met with an accident & was taken to its authorised service center on 27th December 2016. Till date none of the parts are made available neither there is any contact number of the Kawasaki customer care email. Can I claim deficiency of service and Mental harrasmnet from them. If yes how much?
Yes u can file a case in consumer forum according to value of good. Not only for deficiency. And metal harassment but also unfair trade practice. Amount of claim depend upon the deficiency and how much u have expanded

yes you can file a case of deficiency in service before the consumer court within your jurisdiction.You must tell how many times you visited to the kawasaki showroom and how was the behavior of the staff towards you.you can claim compensation in terms of harassment.

Yes you can sue the Company and its dealer before a consumer court for deficiency of service and Mental harassment.
Let us assume that the bike is for 1,00,000/-, the inconvenience is at 50,000/- the legal costs is for 25000. So you could sue them for 1,75,000 (this is just an example). It depends on how old is the bike, what was the price etc.
