Delay in product delivery from Amazon
20-Aug-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have ordered Rakhi from Amazon on 10-aug-16, and today is 20-aug-16 is still not delivered,I have no confirmation from customer care when it will be delivered......at the time of order they promised to deliver before 19-aug-16 Can I sue the company
The question would be why there is delay ? if there is a reasonable explanation then if you sue the case will be quite fruitless. it is better if you contact customer care who can refund your money. and still if you want to sue you can approach the consumer tribunal which is located generally in every district city and place you can contact a lawyer or you can directly approach the consumer court and file the complaint as in consumer court there is generally no need of representation. you can sue but it is really up to the court as to how much seriously it will take this case.
