Delay in possession by the builder what are my legal rights

I have purchase a flat at Shubh Vastu, Vasind. Builder want us to take the possession of the flat, but he has not yet completed his work. Pending work like electricity meter, lift Lobby etc. what problem I will face If i take the possession and what I should take from builder as assurance and also helpful in legal cases

I advice you, you don't take possession because of in the transfer of possession builder to owner, builder left all his rights & transfer in your favour then he may ignore completion of pending work like electricity meter, lift Lobby etc.
