Delay in possession by builder what can I do

Hello, I had purchased underconstruction propert in Thane and the posession date was committed by builder in Nov 2011, but yet not received posseion till 2016 and fore see to take more 2 years for competion, as i have taken loan and baring EMI & Paying Rent for rented house , it is very difficult to manage, So How can i Stop EMI payment till i getting posession . Is there a way to reduce the burden, if i file a case what is the compensation should be asked.

first see your agreement to sale carefully , what is time for possession, what other issues are given
if there is 2 yr period and u have not got it yet then u can file case in civil criminal and consumer also
and for emi and rent u can file compensation

Dear client first send legal notice through lawyer and ask builder to give immediate possession or pay yr rent till possession. If builder will not act per notice then file case in consumer court for deficiency in service.For any legal help call me

u have issued legal notice to the builder. if the builder not cognizance ur notice, u have file the complaint case before consumer redressal forum for demanding declaration, possession, injunction, defamation for mental and physical harassment, recovery with interest till executed of agreement which was deposited by u. or alternative relief of executed sale deed with cost.
