Dear Client,
Section 21 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 posits that the National Consumer shall have jurisdiction:- to entertain a complaint valued more than one crore and also have Appellate and Revisional jurisdiction from the orders of State Commissions or the District fora as the case may be.

As you are speaking about national Consumer forum, withour giving reference to exact status of you case- there are 2 option
1. Considering that trial has already completed in State Consumer Forum and you area aggravated by the said order/judgment hence appealed in National consumer forum - - National consumer forum will pas the judgment based upon the appeal filed by you and arguments of your advocate.(Appeal-reply from other side-arguments-judgment)

2. If you have filed case directly in National Consumer Forum, case would go through trial (case filing-reply by opposite party - evidence - arguments - Judgment)

hello
consumer courts expedite cases comparatively faster than other courts. the case is taken for final arguments after submitting all the documents and inspection done by the court final argument is done after verifying of documents.
