Courier service not responding to calls what to do

Sir, i booked a courier (document) from dhemaji to guwahati on 16 th of december 2016.i contacted the courier service but they were not delivering my courier nor taking the responsibilities. The operational team member he switched of his phone also the office girl and also the customer care was registering my complaint.what should i do?
If you have your Currier booking slip then you can file consumer case before the District Forum , wherein you have to make the courier company head office as well as brach office where you booked the currier as a party to the complain.
