Consumer redressal under trail time limit more than 2 yrs what to do

In the erode consumer redressal,first appointed one pwd engineer to inspect my house,the pwd engineer reported yes main reason is no drainage.the next consumer redressal secretary dismissed My petition reason is 2 years 7 days .he corrupted,dismissed in the year 2009. The consumer redressal under trail time limit more than two years .what is the remedy?
You can file the condonation of delay petition for condoning the delay with valid reasons. If not you could have appealed the said thing before the appellate authority with in the time limit. The case was dismissed in the year 2009 itself. Now we are in 2017 .what you did so long.
