Consumer court response procedure for petitioner

25-Jun-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
After filing of a petition in the consumer forum, a response has been received from the opposing party with false claims and wrong/non- factual statements. Should this be responded back to by point by point rebuttal of those wrongly stated points along with supporting evidence or should the points/claims in the original petition by me be reiterated & responding to their wrong statements be avoided? Should responding to the false claims be left for denial with verbal arguments only inside court or should all arguments be submitted in writing as well? Please advise.

The written objection need not be replied at this stage.
During recording of evidnece you can deal with the allegation in your affidaivt in chief.
In the verbal argument also you will get the chance to meet the allegations and reply accordngly.
