Consumer complaint of online fraud done by book store

i ordered 3 text books through book adda.com (sapna book house online webiste)..the website belongs to the famous sapna book house bangalore,i made the bank transaction,a sum of 1200 rupees.now sapna book house is not sending my book and they are not even returning my money.sir,its not about the money,its about the justice i need in stopping this people from cheating someone else in the future.i dont want someone else to suffer like me....i want to save people from this idiots...please tell me , how to file consumer court complaint on online book purchase which i have done.i have all proofs
You can file a consumer complaint in the consumer forum for the deficiency of services and thereby seek compensation for harrassment.
