Can I file case against flat owners association in consumer court. I am member of the association
Yes you can file case against the Association in the consumer court but it should be for matter in regard to service. You have not mentioned the matter. There are the chances the matter may not also fall in consumer court.

In order to make stable your consumer complaint, you have to make the builder as one of the opposite party and the office beaters of the association has to be made as other opposite parties in the complaint.
