Dear Sir/Madam,
From your above query it appears that the Panasonic Tv purchased by you has a manufacturing defect and in spite of that the company is asking you to pay Rs 21 lacs for repair. In this circumstances you can issue a notice to the Company stating all the facts as pointed by you and stating that the Tv has a manufacturing defect which will have to be rectified by the company at its own cost. If the Company does not rectify the Tv at its own cost inspite of the notice then you can file a Consumer Complaint before the State Commission seeking the refund of your 25 lacs along with damages for mental harassment and agony caused to you or in the alternative you can seek order against the company that the company shall repair the Tv free of cost at its own expenses.
