Condition for Condonation of delay

State commission dismissed IA for condonation of delay of 67 days as no reason has been mentioned accordingly appeal also dismissed. Is there any chance to get relief before National Commission? or any suggestions.
You will have to file a case in the National commission mentioning proper and reasonable cause for condonation of delay along with an affidavit. Also, try to hire a good solicitor so that he'll be able to plead properly for the questions of maintainability of the appeal on grounds of condonation of delay.
