Computer monitor refund is delayed for past 6 months what to do

27-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Hi, I purchased an ASUS monitor last year in 2016 and after few months i had issues with it. So through service center i returned the product for refund. But after a series of mails and calls with the concerned officials, i've not been given back my refund money for the past 6 months, ive been delayed each and every time. There is no clarity on the status. Service center points the ASUS department and ASUS department points out back to service center. Please provide some solution on how to take this issue legally if so because i'm impacted in my job vice because of this incompetant and inexperienced way of handling customer grievences by ASUS. FYI... i have all the CALL RECORDINGS and EMAILS with me as proof of the entire issue which happened from NOV '16.

You can approach the district consumer forum for your refund and compensation for deficiency of service and harassment by the company. You can also send then a legal notice asking for refund of your money failing which you will take appropriate legal action against them.

Sir,

In your case there is a deficiency of service from the ASUS service provider. As you informed there is a several main conversation, that itself is the sufficiency proof that you had approached them with an intention to get better service and you did not get better service . Therefore you can file a complaint before the consumer court and can claim damages.
