Complaint of shop owner who had sold AC without serial no.
11-Aug-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have purchased AC from shop but after installation I came to know that AC remote is not working.I have complaint to customer care, technician came and he told me that serial no.is not mentioned on indoor unit of AC and product is not genuine.Also this is not the remote of this model.I have talked to owner of the shop he told me mai dekhta hu.After several follow ups problem is same.On 5th of aug, I have complaint to Police station by diaing 100.They came and try to convinced but his manager who was there that time not agree to solve this matter. Now I decided to go to cosumer forum.AC invoice is on the name of my company A.G.Enterprises but I have purchased it for personal use not for re-selling. Pls.guide how to file complaint and what is the procedure. Thanks.
In this case you can file the complaint in the district consumer forum stating your complaints and concerns . you can also file a civil suit if you want your money or anything back. However if you think that he has committed some fraud then you can also file a police complaint in the nearest police station
