Company is not giving claim because age proof

age proof ka karan company claim nahi de rahi ha. insuranc time ratan card age proof but claim time voter id &aadhar card age proof man rahi ha company ..... plz help me
one should have all the required documents but it doesn't mean that on not having substitute document company have the right to neglect your claim. claim is your right if you have not skipped your premium, kindly serve a notice under consumer protection act and file a complaint under sec 12 before district consumer forum alias DCF , where cause of action has arose. Pls note if claim is less than 20 lakh then only your complaint would be heard by DCF else state commission is the appropriate court. thankyou

As per the rules for date of birth proof documents required tenth class certificate,or municipal certificate, or first affidavit file in school ,so above documents required, if non documents u have the make municipality birth certificate, any difficulty pls ask further
